Job description

The ideal candidate will play a role in bridge the gap between Business and IT users – analyze and translate business requirements to IT / automated solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Articulate and document business requirements (mockup screen / product feature / process / output) in liaison with business owners.
  • Work with IT developers to translate business requirements to technical design.
  • Troubleshoot and simulate system issues reported by users and recommend workaround solution.
  • Provide quality Business Analysis services for key projects and major enhancements.
  • Planning and co-ordination User Acceptance Testing on IT enhancements and other changes affecting IT / Digital applications.
  • Maintain and standardizing documentations related to requirements.
  • Maintain Master Table / Data for core system and others as per MSIG Systems landscape.
  • Maintain Printing Overlays.
  • Maintain and standardizing documentations related to requirements and Master Table / Data.
  • Conduct post implementation review.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder preferably in Business and/or IT related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-4 years working experience preferably in projects relation to business IT solutions.
  • Customer Focus.
  • IT savvy and experience in business analysis.
  • Strong people / teamwork skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing business environments.
