Building Manager - Electrical (Data Center)

Responsible for overseeing the critical operations and 24x7 engineering team of data centres. Ensure efficient, reliable, and safe operation of infrastructure and systems, meeting high‑quality standards and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations, maintenance and modifications of critical environment systems.
• Manage command centre operations, ensuring professionalism and adherence to SLAs.
• Implement change control processes and develop SOPs/EOPs for critical systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws, certifications and safety standards.
• Develop annual maintenance and capital plans, communicate with stakeholders and submit timely reports to customers.
• Train and qualify vendors for critical environment work.
• Manage site engineering teams, identify training needs and ensure flawless execution of work activities.
• Operate during emergencies, be on‑call 24x7.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in BM and English.
• Minimum 8‑10 years of managerial experience in overseeing engineering teams.
• Must be willing to work in Ulu Tiram, Johor.
• Strong technical knowledge of critical systems operations and risk management.
• Familiarity with financial terms, budget development and computer applications.
