Responsibilities

• Assist Operation Manager with day-to-day Building Maintenance activities.
• Attend daily Operation Meetings to provide data and reports.
• Inspect facilities periodically to determine maintenance needs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance schedules.
• Supervise and train building maintenance technicians.
• Monitor daily and weekly inventory of materials.
• Coordinate projects with the client.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
• Assist in preparing monthly activity reports.
• Provide daily activity reports to the Operation Manager.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To assist Operation Manager on day-to-day Building Maintenance activities at IFKM.
• To attend daily Operation Meeting with client IFKM in providing data and reports regarding all Building Maintenance activities in IFKM.
• To inspect facilities periodically as per schedule to determine issues and all necessary maintenance matters related.
• Prepare weekly & monthly maintenance schedules and arrange work for BM technician.
• To supervise and train building maintenance technicians on the maintenance work.
• To monitor daily and weekly inventory of materials and equipment to ensure no shortages occur and no machine breakdown.
• To participate with client IFKM in coordination of projects (e.g., renovations).
• To ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• To assist operation manager in preparing monthly activities report to submit to client IFKM.
• To provide daily activity report to Operation Manager.
