A property management firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Building/Admin Executive to provide administrative and customer service support at commercial/residential properties. The role involves payment collections, correspondence handling, and office management duties. The ideal candidate should have a diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and building management software. The job offers a flexible schedule with occasional overtime and a salary range of RM2500 - RM3500 based on experience.
The incumbent (Building/Admin Executive) would be assigned to be based at our client's site - commercial/residential/ mixed-development property and will report to the Property Manager. The Building/Admin Executive will perform administrative and customer service support to the residence.
The Building/Admin Executive also responsible to collect payments, issuing receipts, involves in the AGM, EGM preparation, and handles all ad hoc projects.
This is a full-time position, plus occasional overtime. Due to the nature of the position, the hours are flexible to fit the need, but typically include Monday to Friday from 9:00am-5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am-1.00 pm, with occasional weekend requirements when needed.
