This role is responsible for shaping and executing the brand narrative across all corporate communication touchpoints. We are hiring multiple candidates based on suitability and specialty.
Salary Range: RM4000 – RM8000, based on years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- 1) Build and run monthly marketing plan
- 2) Lead campaign execution
- 3) Make “trusted” with proof-based communication
- 4) Plan price & promo mechanics
- 5) Support offline channel growth
- 6) Track results and reports
Requirements
- Mothers are strongly preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in branding, marketing communication, content, or related roles
- Strong copywriting and structuring skills in Chinese, English, BM
- Able to explain ideas clearly and logically, not just creatively
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
- Curious, observant, and willing to learn directly from customers
