A leading marketing firm in Kajang is seeking an Assistant Manager for Brand & Marketing Communication. This pivotal role involves driving CSR initiatives and brand partnerships with schools, hospitals, and community organizations. The ideal candidate should possess 4–7 years of experience in brand development and excellent project management skills. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and expand our Brand Partnership & CSR initiatives. This role is key in driving meaningful outreach programs across schools, hospitals, medical centres, community organisations, and consumer brands.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and strong coordinator with proven experience in campaign ideation, external partnerships, and event execution. This role also contributes significantly to brand and product development, driving strategies that build brand awareness, brand prestige, and sales growth.
Develop and execute partnership and CSR roadmaps aligned with brand objectives and national priorities.
Propose innovative and impactful activities for children, teens, working adults, and seniors.
Develop, monitor, and maintain brand collaterals (product shots, videos, brand CI, social content, merchandise, etc.).
Lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, including campaigns and tactical initiatives.
Monitor partnership performance to optimise campaigns, automation, segmentation, and channel expansion.
Support execution through influencer marketing and event collateral creation.
Build and maintain partnerships with:
Represent the company in presentations, negotiations, and collaboration discussions.
Act as the project lead and on-ground event lead from planning to execution.
Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and retail teams.
Ensure brand standards, industry accuracy, and quality experiences across all touchpoints.
Prepare post-event evaluations, photo documentation, and improvement reports.
Consolidate feedback, engagement data, and ROI analysis.
Recommend enhancements based on learnings.
Manage budgets, monitor spending, and propose cost-efficient alternatives.
Ensure all engagements comply with corporate governance and brand guidelines.
Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.
4–7 years of experience in brand development, corporate communications, partnership development, or community events.
Experience in healthcare, education, or consumer brands is an advantage.
