Use data to test, learn, and optimise—ensuring content and campaigns cut through and deliver results.
Act as marketing lead for the Addiction product portfolio: NPD, renovations, and regional ranges.
Shape product stories—claims, benefits, reasons‑to‑believe, target consumer, and pack messaging.
Partner with R&D, Regulatory, and QA to ensure narratives are credible, compliant, and compelling.
Support pricing, pack architecture, and channel‑specific assortment to keep Addiction premium and competitive.
Be the go‑to brand partner for Sales, Trade Marketing, E‑commerce, Supply Chain, and country teams.
Ensure local execution stays on‑brand while being smartly adapted to each market.
Equip markets with toolkits: brand decks, launch kits, POSM, training materials, playbooks.
Track performance dashboards, turning numbers into clear insights and next steps.
Support or lead high‑impact initiatives: crisis comms, rebrands, agency pitches, new market entries.
Represent the Addiction brand in leadership reviews and key external partnerships.

Proven experience running integrated campaigns across digital and trade channels.
Strong foundation in brand strategy, positioning, and market execution.
Experience in multi‑market / distributor‑led models is highly desirable.
Comfortable using brand, sales, and campaign data to drive decisions.
