Branch Operations Executive (fresh graduated are welcome) - KL Eco City

As a Branch Operations Executive at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our branches. This full-time position is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our logistics services to our valued customers.

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including coordinating staff, managing inventory, and monitoring workflow.
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Liaising with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or inquiries.
  • Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures to optimise branch performance.
  • Identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies to improve overall productivity.
  • Generating and analysing key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop standardized SOPs for processes with recurring quality issues, ensure proper implementation, and conduct reviews to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Travel to underperforming branches or regions when necessary to provide on-site support and issue resolution.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar branch operations or logistics role.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using various software tools and technologies to support operations management.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with the warehousing, storage, and distribution industry would be an advantage.
