Main Duties

• Branch routine operations, sales, customer, staff rotation and management, training.
• To achieve assigned target and goals set by company.
• Customer relationship management
• Perform facials and laser hair removal treatments.
• Provide professional opinions and suggestion to clients on the treatments.
• Ensuring effective communication and teamwork and proactively assisting with day-to-day operations (customer service matters, patients’ complaints and maintenance issues, etc.
• Perform administrative duties that are vital to branch operations, including preparing documents and reports for management reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager in an aesthetic clinic/beauty line/salon/spa.
• Strong experience in leading a team and achieving sales targets.
• The personality of can-do attitude, highly positive, able to motivate subordinates and good self-discipline.
• Must be detail-oriented, meticulous and efficient on the task given.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
