A trading corporation in Malaysia seeks a Branch Manager responsible for overall branch management, including sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will handle daily operations, manage staff performance, and foster client relationships. Applicants must demonstrate a background in sales and a commitment to achieving business targets. This position offers an opportunity to lead and develop a supportive team serving existing and potential customers. To be responsible for the overall branch management, daily operation and staff performance control;
To provide support in administrative and operational matters;
To plan, execute and monitor sales and marketing activities to ensure that overall sales and sales-related targets set by the Management and Principal are achieved;
To manage existing clientele base and develop new business opportunities;
To built a strong supporting team to serve existing business partners and customers;
To follow up on sales inquiries, referrals and making regular visits on potential customers;
To report sales and sales-related activities on a timely basis and as and when required;
To help in daily sales administrative tasks, such as issuing quotation and to ensure that customer records are always up-to-date;
To provide support for ad-hoc sales related activities;
To coordinate closely with all departments and branch offices and head office to ensure smooth running of the branch activities;
To ensure control and compliance of relevant guidelines and policies; and
To perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
