Drive sales by actively engaging customers, understanding their preferences, and upselling or cross-selling products.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure satisfaction with every purchase.

Product Knowledge
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all products, new arrivals, fabrics, fits, and styling options.
  • Educate customers on product features, care instructions, and collection updates.
  • Ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Assist in merchandising, stock replenishment, and arrangement of product displays.
  • Conduct basic inventory checks and report low-stock items.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Follow store policies on exchange, returns, and customer handling.
Job Requirement
  • Previous experience in retail, boutique sales, or customer service (fashion experience preferred but not required).
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and reach sales targets.
  • Good problem‑solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Basic POS, cash‑handling, or retail system knowledge is an advantage.
