We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at Zone Victory Sdn Bhd in Kuantan, Pahang. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting functions of the company.

What you'll be doing
  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, such as recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
What we're looking for
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles, practices, and SQL accounting software
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Spoken language : Chinese (main), Malay and English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
