About the role

Ha Li Fa Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Boilerman to join our manufacturing team in Gelang Patah Johor. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our industrial boiler systems, ensuring they run smoothly and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

What you’ll be doing

• Operate and maintain industrial boilers, including start‑up, shutdown and monitoring of boiler performance
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on boiler equipment
• Identify and troubleshoot boiler issues, making adjustments as needed
• Maintain detailed logs and records of boiler operation and maintenance
• Ensure all boiler operations comply with health, safety and environmental regulations
• Assist with the training and supervision of junior boiler operators

• Formal qualification as a Boilerman Grade 2 or higher
