Job summary

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Law, Corporate Secretarial, Corporate Administration, Corporate Governance or equivalent.
  • Preferably Professional secretarial qualification/license holder; ICSA graduate or MAICSA associate.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the official liaison secretary for Board Oversight Committees.
  • Provide in-house secretarial services in managing secretarial practices.
  • Prepare meeting documents and minutes for assigned meetings.
  • Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with filing requirements.

Skills

Technical knowledge on relevant statutory laws
Well versed in Companies Act 2016
Good Command of English / Bahasa Malaysia
Good analytical skills
Excellent communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field
