Role Overview

We are looking for aBusiness Development Manager to drive market expansion and manage key accounts for MYSES products and solutions. This role focuses onstrategic sales, customer engagement, and project-based solution selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies for MYSES products (equipment, tooling, materials, automation)
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships
  • Identify new market opportunities and emerging customer needs
  • Work closely with engineering and technical teams on solution proposals
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract discussions
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and market trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in semiconductor, automation, or industrial equipment sales
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and customer pain points
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel regionally when required
