Responsibilities

• Ensuring safety effectiveness, and compliance with standards through trials (Testing & Quality Control)
• Setting up, calibrating, troubleshooting and repairing equipment (Installation & Maintenance)
• Instructing company employees on the proper use and care of the equipment (Technical Support & Training)
• Coordinating with staff, sales team, and logistics to understand needs and find solutions (Collaboration)
• Preparing technical reports, specifications and regulatory reports (Documentation)
• Handle ad hoc assignments as requested by superiors
