The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in BIM modelling and a diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field. Key responsibilities include clash detection and the preparation of detailed construction drawings, ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications. Strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of BIM modelling experience in Mechanical.
• Familiarity with local codes and industry standards.
• Strong knowledge of LOD requirements and modelling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update 3D BIM models using Revit / AutoCAD / Navisworks.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and similar tools.
