Job description

Responsibilities

• Conduct all production tasks in technical models and deliverables to match requirements stated in the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Develop, update, and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Navisworks, and other relevant software.
• Produce drawings, sections, elevations, and schedules extracted from BIM models.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure model accuracy.
• Export the as-built BIM model in formats like IFC, RVT or COBie for handover.
• Perform clash detection and assist in resolving design conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with BIM BEP, LOD requirements, and project standards.
• Prepare BIM documentation, model reports, and as-built models.
• Support site teams with model visuals, quantity take off, and construction sequencing when required.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and present model updates.
• Maintain proper file management and version control.

Qualifications
