A construction solutions company based in Sri Petaling is seeking a BIM Modeller to prepare detailed 2D and 3D shop drawings for Starken IBS Wall Solution. The successful candidate will utilize Revit and AutoCAD software and communicate with teams to ensure design accuracy. Applicants should have at least a Bachelor Degree in Architectural or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in BIM software are crucial for this role.

Qualifications

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D shop drawings for the successful construction of Starken IBS Wall Solution.
• Use Revit & AutoCAD software to prepare shop drawings.
• Communicate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Revise drawings based on feedback or design changes.
• Prepare and organize BIM training sessions for team members.
• Maintain organized documentation and drawing archives.
• Assist in estimating materials and production requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Architectural or any related field. Diploma or certificate in Drafting (Architectural field).
• Proficiency in BIM (Revit) & AutoCAD.
• At least 1 year working experience as BIM Modeller preferred.
