The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) principles and software, with a passion for creating accurate and efficient 3D models for construction and design projects. This role is perfect for a fresh graduate or someone with 1-3 years of experience looking to grow their career in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain 3D BIM models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar tools.
• Ensure models are accurate, clash‑free, and compliant with project standards and requirements.

Collaboration and Coordination

• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design changes and resolve conflicts in the BIM model.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide input to improve project outcomes.

Documentation and Detailing

• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models for construction documentation.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Clash Detection and Resolution

• Perform clash detection using tools like Navisworks and collaborate with the team to resolve issues.

BIM Standards and Best Practices

• Adhere to company and industry BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, COBie).
• Familiarity with clash detection and coordination processes.
• Certification / Module in BIM software (Optional).

Soft Skills
