Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Malaysia is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to oversee project execution and develop BIM strategies. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of BIM modelling experience and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Autocad. This position requires regular travel and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in BIM modelling for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Autocad.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of the project on the accuracy and standards.

We're working with multiple clients within the construction industry to look for BIM Managers. Our clients include both consultancies and contractors that works on projects for a various types of projects including data centres, indsutrial facilities, high rises, residential and commercial.

About the job

• Oversee the execution of the project on the accuracy and standards and recommend improvements where needed.
• Manage the BIM standards and strategy of the project and ensure all goals are achieved.
• Develop the BIM execution plan and keep it updated.
• Produce good quality 3D models for construction projects
• Prepare and deliver project presentations, materials, interviews, agreements and other relevant documents while providing guidance for the BIM modellers
• Provide BIM training to the team

Requirements

• Candidates with at least 5-10 years of experience in BIM modelling for construction projects are eligible to apply
• BIM Coordinators that are seeking career progression and opportunities to take up the BIM Manager position are encouraged to apply
• Willing to travel frequently
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and Autocad
• Able to perform independently with minimal supervision
