Job summary

A leading construction firm in Malaysia seeks a technical support role focused on developing 3D BIM models for building and data center construction projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, conduct design studies, and guide draftspersons. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, along with proficiency in 3D modeling tools. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience or fresh graduates with passion for BIM are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Civil and Structural Engineering, Building Technology, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling tools.
• 1–2 years of experience in preparing 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance 3D models for coordination works.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for BIM solutions.
• Lead and guide draftspersons/3D modelers assigned to the project.

Skills

Proficiency in 3D modeling tools such as Autodesk Revit

Experience with other 3D modeling software such as SketchUp

Personal qualities: hardworking, willing to learn, adaptable

Education
