Job Summary: As a Bellman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a memorable and pleasant experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless transition to and from their rooms. Additionally, you will provide information about hotel facilities, amenities, and local attractions, enhancing the overall guest experience. Your friendly demeanor, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile will contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Assist guests with luggage, including loading and unloading
  • Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Maintain a vigilant eye and organization of the lobby and entrance areas
  • Assist with valet parking services, if applicable
  • Coordinate with the front desk and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
