Beauty Trainer (Products, Social Selling, Content Creator, LiveStreamer)
This position supports the Senior Specialist in implementing comprehensive Sales Force and Product Training initiatives designed to enhance performance and drive business growth. Key areas of focus include:
- Sales Education (70%): Deliver impactful training programs that strengthen selling skills and business-building capabilities.
- Product Education (30%): Provide accurate, engaging product knowledge to improve sales effectiveness.
- Career Path Development: Promote leadership skills and career advancement opportunities within the Sales Force.
- Digital Tools Integration: Equip the Sales Force with brand and social media tools to improve marketability and sustainability.
- Omnichannel Sales Techniques: Train on strategies optimized for both in‑person and digital environments.
- Develop engaging training materials using platforms such as PowerPoint, Canva, and AI‑based tools.
- Deliver education through multiple channels, including videos, podcasts, live sessions, and print.
- Respond to Sales Force needs with empathy and relevance.
- Organize and manage the training calendar to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a training or educational role, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or direct selling industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of beauty product range, social selling techniques, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programmes that drive measurable results.
