With over 20 years of industry experience, the company has grown to a dedicated team of nearly 40 professionals. Their expertise includes hair restoration, general aesthetics treatments, and the creation of bespoke facial services, many of which have earned industry recognition.

Role Summary

As a Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive skincare treatments, ensuring a holistic and personalized experience for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and document their skin care history
  • Provide professional skincare services in treatment rooms
  • Update and maintain client records and treatment notes
  • Support the reception team with appointment scheduling, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Engage with clients to discuss available treatments and products, aiming to increase sales and client satisfaction
  • Assist with administrative duties such as stock management, ordering, packing, and capturing customer images
Qualifications
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven experience as a therapist, with a strong understanding of skincare treatments
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for client interactions
