Responsibilities

• Receiving customer bookings and arranging appointments.
• Ensuring to reach monthly personal sales targets via up-selling and cross-selling treatments.
• Receiving and greeting walk-in customers on arrival.
• Providing facial services & laser hair removal treatment to customers.
• Cleaning and sterilising treatment equipment.
• Keeping track of inventories.
• Collaborating with the staff to keep the work area clean and create a pleasant atmosphere for the clients.
• Identifying opportunities & upselling company’s products to customers.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least 1 year and above of beauty and related experience in the field.
• Having SKM2 & 3 and beauty related cert has an added advantage.
• Having knowledge on skin care.
• Must be detail-oriented, meticulous and efficient on the task given.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
• Strong communication skills to all levels, to Upper Management (HQ), beauty therapist consultant, customers.
