This role is designed for aggressive, self‑driven BD professionals who enjoy solving operational challenges, opening new markets, and engaging key decision-makers across 3PL, ecommerce fulfilment, racking systems, warehouse equipment, industrial automation, and manufacturing operations.

If you're proactive, analytical, and love bringing modern automation solutions to customers — while earning high incentives and growing your network — this is the perfect role for you.

🧭 What you'll do...
  • Study Malaysia’s logistics automation landscape and spot new opportunities
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business pipelines
  • Support end‑to‑end sales pursuit (qualification → proposal → presentation → closing)
  • Build strong relationships with manufacturers, warehouses, 3PL players, racking suppliers, automation partners & key stakeholders
  • Execute marketing and BD activities (exhibitions, trade shows, industry events)
  • Track competitor activity, market changes, and new technologies
  • Work closely with technical/sales engineers for project delivery
🎓 If you come with these...
  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years in sales/BD (logistics, warehouse, industrial or project sales preferred)
  • Experience in racking, storage systems, forklifts, material handling, 3PL, pallets, shipping is a strong plus
  • Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
  • B2B Sales experience is an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Driven, organised, independent, and able to work under tight timelines
  • Willing to travel locally & overseas when required
  • English required; Mandarin is an added advantage
