handle cutting chicken, pork and meat and vegetables.

prepare butchery items, marinating spices, seasonings and sauce according to SOP recipes.

prepare and cook hot kitchen items.

packaging and labelling for all semi finished and finished goods.

receive and store foods in designated storage areas.

clean kitchen equipment, utensils and take out trash.

update and arrange stock accordingly.

handle cleaning of production line, storage area and kitchen.

Job Responsibilities Floor staff

Floor staff members are responsible for providing excellent table service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the dining area.

Customer Service & Order Taking

• Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverage items.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Offer recommendations and upsell menu items where appropriate.
• Relay orders to the kitchen or bar staff clearly and efficiently.

Food & Beverage Service

• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure proper presentation of dishes.
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
• Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
• Crumble tables and reset for new customers.

Table Maintenance & Dining Area Upkeep

• Set up and prepare dining areas before service (e.g., setting tables, replenishing condiments).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout the shift.
• Wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces.
• Restock napkins, cutlery, and other table supplies.
• Assist with general cleaning duties of the restaurant.

A bartender is primarily responsible for preparing and serving drinks, managing the bar area, and providing excellent customer service.

Core Responsibilities

Drink Preparation

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (cocktails, beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks, coffees, etc.) accurately and efficiently according to recipes and customer requests.
• Understand and explain drink menus, make recommendations, and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure proper garnishes and presentation for all drinks.

Requirements

• preferably 2 year of working experience in kitchen
• candidates with short notice period.
• 6 days of work.
• able to speak Malay and English
• Preferred location Klang Valley and Bukit Jelutong.
• Able to work in Non Halal business nature environment.
