Job summary

Job description

Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.

Properly handle and maintain all equipment.

Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.

Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g: preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios).

Prepare beverages following recipes.

Serve beverages and prepared food.

Always maintain and keep the bar and cashier area clean.

Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates.

Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.

Comply with health and safety regulations.

Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.

Take inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.

Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

Collect payments whether in cash or credit.

Requirements

At least a diploma or professional certificate will be an added advantage.
