Job description

Barista Duties

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to café standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of coffee equipment.
• Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.

Service Crew Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously.
• Ensure café tables and counters are clean and well-presented at all times.
• Assist with cashiering and handle customer payments.
• Support daily opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.

General Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and café operation standards.
• Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth workflow and positive atmosphere.
