• Prepare and serve drinks following standard recipes
• Ensure consistency of taste and quality by following company standards
• Engage with customers, answer their questions, and provide information about our matcha powders, preparation/storage methods, and menu offerings
• Maintain a clean and organised work station and seating area
• Handle cashiering and basic inventory updates
• Check if equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall kiosk operation
