Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve Heytea’s signature tea and beverages according to company recipes and standards; ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, recommend beverages, handle inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Store Operations: Maintain cleanliness; assist opening/closing procedures; monitor inventory and notify supervisor of shortages.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations; support colleagues and assist with other tasks as needed.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards; adhere to SOPs and quality assurance guidelines.
