Cotti Coffee, a dynamic and growing coffee shop chain, is seeking an exceptional Barista to join our team in our Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur location. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our valued patrons. What you'll be doing

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, tea, and other drinks according to company standards.

Operate coffee machines and equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the counter, machines, and customer seating area.

Take customer orders, handle payments, and provide excellent customer service.

Ensure all beverages and food items meet quality and presentation standards.

Assist with stock management, including checking inventory and restocking supplies.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
