We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our team at sp star wholesaler sdn bhd' in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur. As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including scheduling staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory

Develop and implement strategies to maximise bar profitability, such as creating innovative cocktail menus and monitoring costs

Ensure that all bar staff are well-trained and provide excellent customer service

Monitor and maintain the bar's cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with health and safety regulations

Collaborate with the broader hospitality team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Handle cash management and financial reporting for the bar

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting
