  • Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients, and communicate needs to the supervisor to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and other tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Assist in the development of new dessert recipes and menu items, contributing creative ideas and techniques to enhance the product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the team to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of desserts for both in‑house sales and special events.
