We are looking for an experienced Backend Development Engineer to design, develop and optimize core backend modules for our platform. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable, secure and high-performance backend systems while ensuring system stability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize core backend modules for our platform, including user center and wallet systems
• Participate in database design and optimization to ensure efficient and consistent data storage
• Design and develop APIs with focus on security, reliability and scalability
• Conduct system performance optimization and security reinforcement to enhance overall stability
• Maintain and update backend codebase, writing clean, concise and maintainable code

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields
• 5+ years of backend development experience, proficient in Go language
• Experience in developing and maintaining at least two large-scale distributed systems
• Proficient in Kubernetes and cloud-native architecture, with practical experience in Docker and Helm
• Skilled in MySQL database, with experience in database design, performance optimization and high availability solutions
• Familiar with high-concurrency and distributed system design, experienced in large-scale data processing and real-time computing
• Proficient in caching technologies (Redis) and message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka)
• Knowledgeable in microservices architecture and related technologies
• Deep understanding of high-concurrency system design, performance tuning and security
• Familiar with gRPC and Protocol Buffers technologies
• Experience with cloud-native security

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in Kubesphere with hands-on experience in building, deploying and managing cloud-native applications
