Managing the relationship of various GEGM business channels stakeholders and ensuring alignment with O&T business operations. Role as Go-To-Person, liaison between Business Solutioning department, Group IT and various internal LOB stakeholders on all system/application related matters. Manage and implement major/minor change request (RSA) enhancement for all system and application related to GEGM. Solution Design & Delivery Responsible for driving evaluation, selection, design and delivery of reliable, scalable & cost effective solutions in line with company's standard and best practices.
The Job
- Proactively engage with relevant business stakeholders to better understand commercial processes and leads to effectively formulate right solution strategy
- Provide change management governance and ensure solid business case on change requests, preserve solution integrity which in line with the underlying solution architecture
- Serve as overall project owner, ensuring successful execution according to agreed budget & timeline which in line with business strategy & established global IT standards and best practices
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and flexibly, managing and prioritising own workload
- A team player with ability to work with colleagues at all level, within and outside the department representing O&T department, being responsive, polite, friendly and efficient
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

- Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or any other related disciplines
- At least 5 years working experience in a Business Analyst role or Product Management capacity.
- Business Insights: Applying functional knowledge of General Insurance products and technical knowledge on its interfacing downstream application to support the business needs
