Juara Jaya Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Automotive Workshop Manager to oversee the operations of our state-of-the-art automotive workshop in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the workshop, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of the automotive workshop, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve workshop productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Supervising and training a team of skilled automotive technicians, ensuring their work meets industry standards
• Monitoring and analysing workshop performance metrics, and implementing corrective measures as needed
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to provide exceptional service to our clients
• Participating in the development and implementation of new workshop initiatives and services

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automotive Workshop Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry
• Thorough understanding of automotive repair and maintenance procedures, as well as industry best practices
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of skilled technicians
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
