Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive service or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with good documentation habits.

Responsibilities

  • Allocate daily appointments for customers via calls, email, or online booking.
  • Communicate and confirm daily appointments with customers the day before the appointment date.
  • Prepare repair order after confirming customer appointments.
  • Greet customers on arrival to the service center.
  • Perform inspection checklist with customers during vehicle acceptance.
  • Confirm repair order concerns with customers and provide estimate repair costs.
  • Update vehicle status to customers on a timely manner.
  • Provide repair invoices and explain jobs carried out on vehicles.
  • Accountable for collecting payments from customers.
  • Submit daily warranty and service intake reports.
