Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a process engineering position within an assembly plant.
• Expertise in quality control tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA).
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN, KAIZEN, and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, organize, and control product quality to minimize production costs.
• Coordinate technical analyses to improve product quality.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
