Qualifications

  • 5+ years in quality, with at least 3 years in automotive.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 & VDA 6.3.
  • Familiar with 8D, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, Control Plan.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer complaints with quick response.
  • Lead containment actions at customer sites.
  • Drive root cause analysis and submit 8D reports.
  • Visit customers for feedback and quality improvement.
  • Support project quality management.
