Job description

You will be responsible for portfolio of clients and special assignment to ensure that an organization complies with the financial statement filling through a system of controls, to minimize audit risks, optimize reporting procedures and drive the successful function of the audit department.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering a full range of audit services in compliance with relevant laws and regulations in a timely manner and ensure all filing deadlines are met.
  • Plan and direct financial audit engagement.
  • Verifying client’s financial information.
  • Support the audit team in the function.
  • Preparing audit reports and statements for review.
  • Responsible for financial statements preparation and MBRS filing.
  • Communicate and liaise with broad range of audit clients.
  • Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, expertise, and consulting services.
  • Maintaining confidentiality on all clients’ information.
  • Liaise with affiliates - secretaries, tax agents, other related parties.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Professional Degree or Degree/D Diploma in Accountancy.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field and familiar with accounting standards and Malaysia statutory requirements, fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with audit software will be added advantage.
