  • Perform detailed testing of financial statement line items, including verification of account balances, tracing transactions, and reviewing supporting documentation.
  • Evaluate internal controls by identifying weaknesses and making recommendations for improvement to enhance the reliability of financial reporting.
  • Prepare accurate and well-organized work papers that document audit procedures performed, findings, and conclusions, in compliance with firm standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information, address inquiries, and build strong working relationships throughout the audit process.
  • Contribute to the preparation of audit reports, including drafting findings, recommendations, and management letters for client review.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, auditing regulations, and tax laws to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients.
