A leading health and beauty retailer in Malaysia is seeking an individual to assist the store manager in hiring and managing staff, training them on company policies, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate possesses good communication and interpersonal skills, has at least SPM or equivalent, and is adaptable to a retail environment. This is a full-time permanent role. The position requires working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
