Job description
Responsibilities
  • Lead the formulation, preparation, and implementation of the company’s overall marketing plan, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, policies, and long-term growth strategies.
  • Provide strategic direction and establish effective control mechanisms to monitor the execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and programs.
  • Oversee the development and quality assurance of all marketing collaterals and manage the execution of campaigns across all channels, from conventional to digital platforms.
  • Drive comprehensive market studies covering demand, pricing trends, buyer demographics, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats, enabling the introduction of innovative products and effective marketing programs.
  • Set sales and marketing targets in line with corporate goals, supported by data-driven market insights on pricing, demographics, and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Communications department and provide leadership in the planning and execution of joint campaigns and brand-building activities.
  • Regularly monitor and analyse the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable ROI.
  • Innovate and implement customer engagement initiatives to enhance the company’s brand presence and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to achieve or exceed annual sales targets and ensure alignment with the company’s business objectives.
  • Oversee sales operations and ensure effective coordination with Sales Administration and other departments for seamless execution of SPAs and related processes.
  • Provide leadership in the planning and implementation of sales strategies, pricing policies, discount schemes, and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor, track, and manage daily sales activities through the company’s online sales platform and ensure data accuracy.
  • Review, analyse, and consolidate sales reports for management, providing insights and recommendations during weekly and monthly update meetings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of sales performance reports, budget reports, and sales forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks to facilitate end-financing applications and ensure smooth buyer financing processes.
  • Ensure team fluency and compliance in the use of authority platforms (e.g., HIMS & KPKT) and other regulatory requirements.
  • Actively mentor, coach, and develop team members to strengthen capability, performance, and alignment with company culture and values.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management / Marketing or any equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience in property industry.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing with strong knowledge of modern and digital marketing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with strong adaptability in dynamic market conditions.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability to motivate, guide, and develop teams towards achieving corporate goals.
