Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Content Management Specialist to join our team. As a Content Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, organization, and maintenance of digital content across various platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of content and its alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation and Editing: Create, edit, and proofread engaging and high‑quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.

  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies to meet business goals, considering target audience, brand guidelines, and SEO best practices.

  • Content Organization and Management: Organize and manage digital assets,
    including text, images, videos, and audio files, using content management systems (CMS) or other relevant tools.

  • Content Publishing: Upload, format, and publish content on various platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimal user experience.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to gather content requirements, obtain approvals, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Content Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to content contributors on best practices, CMS usage, and content management workflows.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and provide insights to improve content effectiveness.

  • Content Governance: Establish and enforce content governance policies, ensuring adherence to brand standards, style guides, and legal regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

  • At least 1‑2 years of experience in a related field.

  • Proven experience in managing and administrating content management systems, such as WordPress, Drupal, or SharePoint.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front‑end customization and troubleshooting.

  • Strong understanding of web development principles, including responsive design, accessibility, and SEO best practices.

  • Technical expertise in integrating CMS with other systems and platforms, such as marketing automation tools, CRM systems, or e‑commerce platforms.

  • Familiarity with content migration strategies and tools to facilitate seamless data transfer into the CMS.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate content requirements and provide constructive feedback.

  • Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days per month to WFO, WFH for other days)*subject to change based on business requirement
