Responsibilities
  • Team Training: Build a Team of Hunter, ensure sales are met
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients within the target market through various methods, including market research, networking, cold outreach (email, phone, social media), and attending industry events.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Building Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations (C‑Suits)
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date sales pipeline, tracking progress and forecasting potential revenue.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify new avenues for growth.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 8 years in BPO, telemarketing, contact centre, insurance or similar sales roles.
  • Skills: Proven relationship‑building and sales skills; experience with consultative sales; results‑driven.
  • Attributes: Energetic, fast learner, collaborative, excellent communicator and presenter, detail‑oriented.
