Responsibilities

• Prepare Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for Asia Pacific regions and oversee daily SDS authoring activities in line with team priorities.
• Take ownership of SDS-related processes and activities within SAP systems.
• Handle hazard communication inquiries from internal teams and customers promptly.
• Perform product classification in accordance with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) and advise the business on classification matters.
• Contribute to internal projects and participate in business meetings.
• Design and implement process improvements, tools, and procedures to enhance SDS authoring efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders to address business requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead small to medium-sized regulatory projects.
• Assist leadership with special initiatives and people management support.
• Liaise and coordinate with Global Team of Asia Pacific (including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Science or relevant field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs.
• Experience in authoring Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Experience in using SAP, Excel, and/or Regulatory Databased.
• Strong data management skills with attention to detail, and effective problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Able to speak and write in Mandarin, as needed to liaise with the China, Hong Kong, Taiwan team.
