This position offers a hybrid work model of 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week.

Associate, Policy Owner Services (1 Year Contract)

Process insurance new business, renewals, and change requests from individual policy holders as per stipulated benchmark and requirements.

Process all incoming requests within the service standard and ensure all processes are done prudently and in accordance to all regulatory and corporate requirements.

Perform day‑to‑day transactions and ensure delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness on a daily basis.

Ensure meeting personal quality, productivity, turnaround time, and attendance benchmark.

Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational or other requirements.

Others:

Correspond and reply via email to business partners or intermediaries on clarification and enquiries on the cases received (if any).

Continuously attend and involve trainings identified for personal and career development.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in insurance policy processing. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Business Administration or related fields.

Good attention to details and organization skills.

Open for a 1-year contract position.

Able to work onsite in Cyberjaya 4 days & 1 day work from home per week.
