Qualifications

As a purpose-driven organisation committed to providing the best service and support to our policyholders, we are seeking a professional to join our team as an Associate, Minor Alterations (Policy Servicing).

The Role:
  • Ensure consistency in service delivery and transactions are completed in a clear and accurate manner
  • Reply to letters within the expected time response
  • Check and sign letters/memos etc
  • Attend to enquiries from policyholders, branches and agents in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assist in updating procedure and operations manual
  • Assist in updating and maintaining SOP documentation arising from work processes or other changes
  • Assist in providing feedback and reviewing of processes
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
  • Other responsibilities entailed.

The Person:
  • Possess a recognised degree in any discipline, preferably in Management, Insurance, Business Studies, Administration or related fields, or ACS, ACII, AMII, AII or equivalent
  • Has minimum 1-2 years working experience, preferably in Customer Service or Actuarial
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have the right attitude for hard work and able to produce high quality work under pressure.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
